This course provides a comprehensive introduction to deploying, managing, and monitoring SAP systems in Microsoft Azure. Key topics include Azure networking, virtual machines, storage options, high availability, Active Directory integration, and best practices for sizing and migrating SAP workloads (NetWeaver & HANA). The course also covers backup and disaster recovery strategies, as well as Power BI integration for SAP data visualization.
Lernziele
This course offers fundamental knowledge for the administration of SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA on Microsoft Azure. The students will learn in detail how to implement basic infrastructure components such as virtual networks, virtual machines, storage etc. for the installation and administration of SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA systems in the Azure Cloud. The SAP best practices will be used to set upindividual training environments to demonstrate the possibilities and limitations of the SAP software on Microsoft Azure.

Voraussetzungen
The target audience should have basic knowledge of SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA as provided in the SAP courses ADM100 and HA200.
In addition, we recommend basic knowledge of Linux Operating Systems as provided in the course AD660, as well as IP networking, Active Directory and Windows operating system knowledge.
